Robert Nichols' practice focuses on trademark and copyright registration and enforcement, business support, and contract law.

Robert attended Golden Gate University School of Law's on a full ride scholarship, where he graduated as an Honors Lawyering Scholar with academic awards in entertainment law, intellectual property law, public policy law, and legal research and writing. 

During his time in San Francisco, Robert worked for several entertainment-focused law firms and spent 2020 serving as a legislative and administrative staffer for San Francisco City Supervisor, Dean Preston. A highlight of his time at Golden Gate University came through his work defending tenants from eviction with the homeless advocacy project.

He founded a 501-c4 non-profit with his fiancé in 2020 as a positive and peaceful response to rising political violence. His writings on political and social movements have been published in internationally distributed periodicals. He has been interviewed and quoted by CNN, the Washington Post, and other reputable news organizations regarding progressive politics and electoral organizing on multiple occasions.
